**Situering**
De afdeling radiotherapie-oncologie van UZ Leuven is één van de grootste van België. De nieuwe versnellers met alle mogelijkheden voor moderne radiotherapie laten toe om tijdens de bestraling intensiteitsmodulatie en andere innovatieve technieken in de beste omstandigheden te implementeren. Mede hierdoor speelt deze academische afdeling nationaal en internationaal een toonaangevende rol.
Ondertussen werd de afdeling ook uitgebreid met een interuniversitair onderzoeks
- en behandelcentrum voor protontherapie.
Vandaag zijn we op zoek naar een clinical trial assistant om ons team te versterken.
Het betreft een tewerkstellingspercentage van 80 of 100%
**Wat je functie inhoudt**
- Je wordt ingeschakeld voor de organisatie, praktische opvolging, coördinatie en administratieve verwerking van klinische studies binnen het domein van radiotherapie.
- Je staat in voor het geven van informatie aan patiënten die in de studie geïncludeerd worden en je volgt hun parameters op.
- Je verzamelt data voor klinische studies, beheerst de database en voert de nodige analyses hierop uit.
- Je participeert in multidisciplinair overleg, alsook in overleg met externe firma's.
- Een goede samenwerking met de andere studiemedewerkers, medische stafleden, interne en externe contactpersonen is hierbij essentieel.
**Wat wij vragen**
- Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de verpleegkunde, of een masterdiploma in de biomedische wetenschappen.
- Je hebt een passie voor klinisch wetenschappelijk onderzoek en een ruime interesse voor de opvolging van klinische studies.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en je bent teamgericht.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word en PowerPoint).
- Je kan autonoom en punctueel werken met zin voor initiatief.
- Je beschikt over organisatietalent en een uitstekend probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel.
