Position Summary
  • Manage the monthly payroll for our Robotics Blue Collar department
  • Ensure accurate and smooth payroll processing
  • Align and optimize employees' compensation and benefits packages
  • Conduct onboarding activities aligned with our company culture
  • Draft correct employment contracts
  • Administer salaries and benefits in collaboration with our social secretariat
  • Work closely with business and operations teams
  • Lead the induction process for new employees
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their personal files, such as remuneration, insurance, and benefits
  • Collaborate with various partners including social secretariats and legal advisors to ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Coordinate with central services and third parties for fleet management
Requirements
  • Must have expertise in HR Payroll, overseeing payroll processes, developing compensation plans, and implementing company policies
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and experience with Payrolling and Labor Law are essential
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Sd Worx Payroll Tool and Pro-Time
  • Experience with HR Analytics and Power BI is a bonus
  • Understanding of PC 111 is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English languages
