Power BI Consultant

- DESCRIPTION
As a Power BI Consultant you will have the opportunity to participate in Power BI projects from start to finish.
As you evolve in your role, you will work on BI-projects not only as a developer, but also as a designer, architect, or coach.
The exact tasks depend on your own interests and skills and will vary per assignment, but typically consist of the things below:- Analysis of the needs and requirements in BI Context (through interviews and workshops with end users, product owners);
- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
- Creating actionable dashboards & visualizing data in a clear, accurate and userfriendly way;
- Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI;
- SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data;
- Create 'customize charts' and custom calculations as per requirements
- Support of end users in the validation and use of the dashboard.

- REQUIREMENTS
- You are adaptive. Eager to learn new technology;
- You can work independently and in a team;
- You have experience in developing BI solutions using MS Power BI;
- You have an analytical mindset and good communication skills;
- Knowledge of other BI tools is definitely a plus;
- You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Science, IT, Computing or equivalent by experience;
- You live in The Netherlands or Belgium;
- As a language English is mandatory, however Dutch is preferred.
