Role Overview

We are looking for

  • A Customer Engagement Model Pricing Project Leader to drive sustainable transformation and deliver important and tangible impact, by integrating 3 dimensions, technical system, performance management, and mindsets & behaviors

We count on you to

  • Drive the development of pricing tools (Analytics & insights, AI, Process digitization e.g. CPQ, data structures)
  • Drive the enhancement of Solvay's pricing maturity & performance by leading projects
  • Develop & execute engagement/ change management and communication plan
  • Train and develop people in the project via structured coaching and capability building

You will bring
Education and experience

  • Master's degree in business administration, economics, and/or finance or similar
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles in the Chemicals, or Materials industry, or in strategic consulting
  • Experience executing complex global projects with proven impact on profitability/cash/customer growth
  • Experience working across functions, and presenting to senior executives to persuade actions, and achieve outcomes
Technical skills

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
  • Project management skills with strategic issues
  • Experience in a commercial environment (sales or operational marketing), thorough knowledge and understanding of marketing & sales management techniques and tools
  • Strong character and ability to drive change through the organization in crossfunctional and international teams
  • Strong results orientation with a handson mentality & ability to dive deep
