The Trainee role:

As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the department.

The Housekeeping Manager Assistant Trainee role:
You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in all aspects of daily housekeeping operations:

  • Opening of the day & distributing tasks to room attendants
  • Closing of the day
  • Room Supervision & check
  • Public areas supervision & check
  • Laundry supervision
  • Administrative tasks
  • Statistics & reports
  • Leading & guiding room attendants
  • Controlling Interim & payroll etc.

First 10 days:
learning of cleaning room, bathroom & standard etc.
Qualities/
Requirements We Are Looking For In Our Trainee

  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes, I Can Attitude
  • An eye for detail
  • Is a creative problemsolver
  • Passionate about creating extraordinary service
  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Be enrolled in a school/university and provide an internship agreement
  • Fluent in French/Dutch & English
  • Internship of minimum 6months
