**De functie**:
Als **Product Manager** lever je op basis van markt-, product
- en technologiekennis een
significante bijdrage aan de invulling van het sales en marketingbeleid van het bedrijf.
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **beheer** en de **vernieuwing** van de **productcategorieën** binnen ventilatie, energie en bouwproducten.
- Je zoekt in de praktijk naar mogelijkheden voor **nieuwe productcombinaties** in samenwerking met marketing, sales en de productontwikkeling.
- Je houdt een **goed contact met de markt **door het bezoeken van **beurzen**, het volgen van de trends, **overleg** met het salesteam en met de klanten
- Je **communiceert** met de **buitenlandse** **productievestigingen** en de productmanagers in Nederland en Duitsland.
- Je **analyseert** nieuwe producten in overeenstemming met de Belgische **wetgeving**.
- Je ontdekt **trends** in de markt en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe productconcepten.
- Je biedt second line support bij het **oplossen** van **klachten**.
- Je maakt **presentaties** & geeft **opleiding** aan het salesteam en de klanten (groothandels, installateurs en studiebureaus).
- Je staat in voor de **artikel creatie** en geeft advies qua **prijszetting**.
- Je bezorgt input voor de **marketing** tools (bv. brochures).
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt minstens een **Bachelor** **Bouw** of **Elektromechanica**.
- Je hebt **werkervaring** in een vergelijkbare functie (product-, projectmanagement in een technische omgeving).
- Je bent **analytisch**, **nauwkeurig** en een **generalist**.
- Je **communiceert** helder, met plaats voor wat **humor**.
- Je bent vloeiend in het **Nederlands** en hebt een goede kennis van het **Engels**. Frans is een plus.
- Je bent bereid om een paar keer per jaar naar het buitenland te **reizen** (Nederland, Duitsland).
- Je hebt affiniteit met de **bouwsector** en **HVAC**.
