- Je biedt operationele ondersteuning aan onze klant, door het uitvoeren van geavanceerde technische analyses en implementaties op netwerkapparatuur van meerdere leveranciers/technologieën.
- Je draait mee in de projecten van de klant waarbij ook netwerkondersteuning noodzakelijk is.
- Je werkt mee aan het onderhoud van verschillende netwerkcomponenten (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers,...).
- Je hebt goede vaardigheden in het oplossen van problemen en onderzoekt de situatie en mogelijke oplossingen grondig.
- Je behandelt situaties met hoge prioriteit en neemt corrigerende maatregelen tijdens uitval.
- Je stelt nauwkeurige documentatie, instructies en procedures op en houdt deze up-to-date.
- Samen met het team denk je na over het optimaliseren van de gebruikte tools en doe je verbetervoorstellen.
- Je streeft naar klanttevredenheid door nauwe samenwerking met je collega's.
- Je zorgt voor 24-uurs assistentie in een rotatiesysteem (op jaarbasis ben je ongeveer 6 weken van wacht).

- Analytisch problemen oplossen is een van je sterke punten.
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, liefst aangevuld met een CCNP-certificaat. PCNSE en CCNP Data Center ACI certificeringen zijn een pluspunt. Ben je gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring? Dan ontmoeten we je ook graag.
- Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in de volgende technologieën: Switching, Routing, Firewalling, VPN,, Loadbalancing en Virtualisatie.
- Je bent bekend met en hebt werkervaring met netwerkapparatuur van verschillende leveranciers zoals Palo Alto firewalls en Cisco Data Center switching.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels.
- Je bent leergierig om verder te groeien in deze functie.
