**Responsabilités**
En tant qu'Organizational Development Consultant, vous explorez en équipe les besoins (explicites ou non) des clients. Vous les aidez à **traduire leur stratégie business en projets et solutions concrètes** entre le « soft » et le « hard » HR **:Organization**, **Talent** et **Reward**.
Vos principales responsabilités sont:
- S'entretenir avec les clients afin de mieux comprendre leur **stratégie, leurs besoins et leur réalité**.
- Intervenir principalement sur trois grands piliers, dont les focus dépendront de votre expertise: Organization, Talent et Reward.
- **Organization** : vous diagnostiquez et élaborez des structures organisationnelles ainsi que des systèmes de gouvernance pertinents par rapport à la stratégie business client.
- **Talent** : vous élaborez des parcours de carrière, concevez des modèles de compétences (comportementales et/ou techniques) et gérez des projets liés au développement du leadership.
- **Reward** : vous établissez des descriptions, des évaluations et classifications des fonctions. Vous participez à des projets liés à la gestion de la performance et de la rémunération.
- Elaborer et présenter des propositions et des plans de projet dans ces domaines, et participer à leur implémentation.
- Animer divers ateliers et formations auprès des clients.
- Développer et partager les connaissances au sein de l'équipe.
- Se tenir au courant des évolutions du marché et contribuer à les traduire en approches innovantes.
**Profil**
- Vous avez un **Master en psychologie organisationnelle, RH, business, gestion** ou équivalent.
- Vous avez au moins une **première expérience** en entreprise liée à ce domaine (idéalement 2 à 8 années).
- Vous êtes sous statut **indépendant**(e) ou êtes ouvert(e) à le devenir.
- Vous êtes créatif(ve), autonome et orienté(e) résultats.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un cadre libre et informel où la confiance, le travail d'équipe et la responsabilité sont essentiels.
- Vous avez un très bon niveau **d'Anglais** en plus du **Français** et/ou du **Néerlandais**.
