What will you be bringing to the team?
- Inform, educate, engage and mobilise relevant stakeholders of a specific product's ecosystem.
- Eliciting stakeholder needs, stakeholder mapping, and stakeholder journeys
- Translating stakeholder needs into key messages and designing communications strategies aimed at increasing the adoption of the product
- You will conduct activities such as writing briefing notes, brochures, position papers, press releases, articles, educational content, web content, and other relevant forms of content to support stakeholder onboarding and adoption.
- Work in coordination with the various teams working to establish the product's communications for its various stakeholder communities.
- Defining content strategies for different customer segments
- Translating content from French to English or vice versa
- Reporting on results, including the definition of specific KPIs for digital content (eg SEO, Web Analytics)
Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor's level degree
- More than 11 years of experience in a similar field
- Knowledge in analysing customer segments, e.g., experiencing a specific product problem
- Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of best practices in writing style guides
- Very good knowledge of SEO, Web analytics, and best practices for UX writing
- Experience in (or familiarity with) the IT domain is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS technology is an asset
- Creative writing is an asset
- Fluency in English AND French, Italian language knowledge or any other language is an advantage.
