Engineer Utilities

Main goal of this position:

• Manage all Utility installations and facility services comprehensively.
• Monitor and report energy consumption
• Check and follow up on outsourced Utility/Facility activities.
• Prepare and monitor various projects in Utilities and Facilities.
• Coordinate various inspections (electricity, HVAC, compressed air, etc.) by inspection authorities and address identified violations.
• Technical work preparation:
• Organize materials and services and provide the necessary work permits regarding work safety.

After a training period, you will supervise the execution of all activities (repairs, maintenance, adjustments) and ensure a safe working environment.

You will deal with the following installations/systems:

• rolling stock
• buildings, building installations
• energy systems, environmental installations
• sanitary, compressed air, HVAC, thermal oil, high voltage, low voltage, sprinkler, cooling installations

• You are a Master's degree (Ind.Ing) or professional Bachelor in Electromechanics, Electricity, ..
• Both recent graduates with initial work experience in a Utility environment and experienced individuals are eligible
• Knowledge of Autocad is a plus
• You are genuinely interested in fully immersing yourself in this subject matter
• You are practical and technically skilled
• You are a good communicator and a team player
• You are a meticulous worker
• You prioritize safety.

We offer an indefinite contract.

• Meal vouchers of €8

• Every two years of service, an additional day of seniority leave is granted during the first 10 years of service.
