- Als financial analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en verzenden van zowel inkoop
- als verkoopfacturen, en voor het beheren van financiële administratieve taken. Ook onderhoud je goede relaties met leveranciers en klanten, en los je financiële geschillen op een commerciële wijze op.
- Je taken omvatten:
- Opstellen en controleren van inkoop
- en verkoopfacturen.- Nauwkeurig toepassen van de btw-regelgeving en INCOTERMS.
- Beheren van debiteuren met schriftelijke en telefonische aanmaningen, en communicatie met incassobureaus.
- Overleggen met andere afdelingen over onregelmatigheden en geschillen.
- Activeren en beheren van klant
- en leveranciersprofielen.**The Successful Applicant**:
- Interesse in de maritieme sector met eerdere ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Gemotiveerd en zelfstandig met een proactieve houding en hands-on mentaliteit.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en operationele kennis van Engels en Frans.
- Teamspeler met sterke aandacht voor detail.
- Goed ontwikkeld inlevingsvermogen.
- Stressbestendig en flexibel.
