Our 36,000 employees in Belgium and across the globe seamlessly connect consumers, businesses, and government by delivering mail and parcels to millions of doorsteps and providing e-commerce logistics services.
Under the leadership of our Group CEO, Chris Peeters, and our Executive Committee, the company is undergoing an ambitious company-wide transformation program. The new Group Transformation Office, led by our Group Transformation Officer, Nicolas Baise, is being established to support the design and delivery of this significant change initiative.
We are assembling a team of skilled transformation professionals. The Transformation Manager plays a crucial role in managing and supporting transformation programs to drive meaningful change and outcomes sustainably.

The Transformation Manager is an integral part of the Group Transformation Office, responsible for designing, driving, and supporting the delivery of our company-wide transformation program. This comprehensive program encompasses all our business entities and functions through various transformation initiatives:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to steer and facilitate the implementation of transformation programs at bpostgroup:
- Define, structure, and execute transformation activities
- Be accountable for the deliverables of the transformation programs
- Engage in regular transformation program steering committees
- Mobilize stakeholders and experts across the entire group
- Perform detailed analyses and collaborate with key business stakeholders
- Ensure sharing of best practices and solutions
- Identify and mitigate critical interdependencies and risks
- Assist in developing initiative portfolios with stakeholders in the bpost organization:
- Engage cross-functional initiative teams and ensure effective collaboration
- Interact with key stakeholders to drive initiatives forward
- Develop KPIs to measure initiative progress
- Identify links with other initiatives for integration support
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformations and initiatives:
- Track program and sub-initiatives regarding budget, benefits, timeline, and quality
- Review and challenge initiative implementations
- Identify and mitigate roadblocks and risks
- Provide transparency on initiative progress
- Prepare presentations to stakeholders
- Communicate and form relationships with key internal stakeholders:
- Establish strong rapport with initiative owners and stakeholders
- Support the development of change programs
- Align with Functional/Business heads for collaboration
- Develop, coach, and monitor the Transformation Experts/Associates assigned to the program
Your Profile
As a Transformation Manager, you are an experienced strategic project manager or program manager who combines analytical skills with a pragmatic, versatile, and agile approach. Additionally, we highlight the following qualifications:
- Master degree
- 5 to 8 years of leadership experience in large-scale program management
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making approach
- Collaborative mindset and relationship builder
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in developing, coaching, and mentoring employees
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
