Thales Belgium SA, Belgium competence center of Thales, is a company located on 2 sites, one in Tubize (near Brussels) and the other one in Herstal (near Liège). Thales Belgium, which employs more than 280 collaborators, is specialized in the design, development and supply of critical information systems for customers in the sectors of Defense, Security (including Cyber) and Aerospace.

**Industrial Business Controller**
**Mission**
Au sein du contrôle de gestion de Thales Belgium, vous serez notamment le responsable financier de la partie industrielle située sur notre site de Tubize.
**Principales responsabilités**:
Sur l'ensemble de la production, assurer les missions classiques et permanentes du contrôle de gestion:
- Suivi mensuel de la production et ses écarts ;
- Forecast et budget de la production ;
- Mise à jour des coûts standards (matériel, main d'œuvre,) ;
- Relance des pointages pour l'ensemble de Thales Belgium ;
- Suivi des projets de production ;
- Contrôle des offres clients ;
- Contrôle des inventaires avec les auditeurs externes ;
- Suivi des réductions de valeur sur stocks
**Profil**:
**_ Education_**
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) de formation supérieure en finance, audit ou contrôle de gestion.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste de contrôle de gestion industriel.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et avez un bon niveau d'anglais.
- Vous bénéficiez d'une culture comptable.
**_ Aptitudes et compétences_**
- Vous comprenez les principes des suivis de production, des mises à jour des coûts standards, des analyses d'écart, des suivis des pointages et des suivis des stocks.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie et votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Vos qualités relationnelles, votre leadership vous permettent de partager avec l'ensemble des métiers.
- Vous savez faire de propositions concrètes pour accompagner les opérationnels tout en restant indépendant.
- Vous maîtrisez Excel & Power BI, complété idéalement d'une aisance avec les systèmes ERP.
