- Translate business goals into measurable KPIs for projects and daily operations
- Provide transparent data insights to support strategic decisions
- Analyze and visualize data across digital channels
- Create and automate digital reports
- Improve methodologies, dashboards, and data quality for refined insights
- Assist in training stakeholders on digital analytics and data interpretation
- Work closely with internal teams for a comprehensive view of the customer experience
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements
- Aggregate data from multiple sources
- Several years of experience in digital data analysis
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, web analytics, and social media
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce
- Experience in tag management is a plus
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic web technologies
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills
- Interest in continuous skill development in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Dutch or French is a bonus)
- Ability to multitask and passionate about expanding digital presence
- Openness to embracing new digital technologies
