- Je hebt als proces engineer een belangrijke rol hebt in het optimaliseren en verbeteren van het productieproces
- Samen met het oplossen van problemen in lopende producties.
- Je bent betrokken bij verschillende verbeteringsprojecten en speelt een rol in de ontwikkeling en testen van nieuwe coatings.
- Daarnaast coach je productiemedewerkers bij nieuwe procesontwikkelingen
- En werk je nauw samen met zowel het managementteam van Coater als het R&D-center in Europa en Japan.
Het is een diverse en uitdagende rol waarbij je zowel operationele taken als strategische samenwerkingen hebt. Rapporteren doe je aan de manager van de afdeling.
Functie-eisen- Je hebt een masterdiploma en een sterke interesse in procesbeheersing en diepgaande procesanalyse
- Je bent geboeid door technieken nieuwe ontwikkelingen in een internationale omgeving, complexe problemen oplossen vind je een uitdaging
- Je streeft naar continu verbeteren in jouw rol als process engineer
- Hebt een innovatieve mindset
- Je weet doordacht om te gaan met het doorvoeren van wijzigingen, neemt de nodige tijd om het complexe proces te leren kennen en volgt op lange termijn aanpassingen nauwgezet op
- Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden om met leidinggevenden en productiemedewerkers samen te werken en bent vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt
- Loon is bespreekbaar naargelang ervaring aangevuld met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, bonusregeling, mobiliteitsbudget (fietslease - bedrijfswagen), verzekering
- Als process engineer werk je in dagdienst
- Naast je wettelijke verlof dagen, bouw je ook nog 20 ADV-dagen op.
- Optie voor een vast contract na een geslaagde interimperiode of direct vast contract bespreekbaar
