**MOVVEO**, nouvel acteur sur le marché du Fleet Management et du Facility management est à la recherche d'un(e) (Junior) Fleet Officer motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Missions : En tant que J(unior) fleet Officer, vous serez au cœur de la gestion quotidienne des flottes automobiles de nos clients. Vos principales missions incluront:
a. : Vous serez chargé(e) du suivi, et de la mise à jour des contrats de leasing pour chaque véhicule de la flotte. Cela inclut la vérification de la conformité des contrats ainsi que la gestion des renouvellements et des fins de contrats.

b. : Vous serez responsable de la gestion des amendes de stationnement, de vitesse ou autres infractions. Cela inclut l'identification rapide du conducteur responsable, la communication avec les autorités compétentes, et le paiement des amendes dans les délais impartis pour éviter des pénalités supplémentaires.

c. : Vous superviserez et organiserez les procédures de check-in et check-out des véhicules, en vous assurant que chaque véhicule est inspecté pour détecter d'éventuels dommages et que tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents et fonctionnels avant et après chaque mise à disposition ou restitution.

d. : Vous planifierez et suivrez les maintenances régulières et les réparations nécessaires pour chaque véhicule, en veillant à minimiser le temps hors service et à garantir la mobilité des utilisateurs

a. : Vous serez le premier point de contact pour les conducteurs et cela nécessitera une communication claire, précise pour comprendre et répondre efficacement aux besoins et préoccupations des conducteurs.

c. : Vous assurerez un suivi régulier avec les clients pour recueillir leurs feedbacks sur le service fourni, proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins et anticiper leurs demandes futures pour améliorer continuellement la qualité de notre service.

d. il faudra avoir la Capacité à diagnostiquer rapidement les problèmes relatifs aux véhicules ou aux services et à proposer des solutions adéquates pour minimiser les désagréments pour les clients

e. : être capable d' organiser efficacement les ressources disponibles (véhicules, chauffeurs) pour répondre aux besoins des clients, tout en optimisant l'utilisation de la flotte.

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier ou d'une expérience équivalente.

Vous avez de solides compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Vous êtes parfait bilingue néerlandais - français ? L'anglais est bien entendu un atout.
