**Description**
En tant que gestionnaire de comptes, vous serez responsable de la croissance et de la gestion de votre propre région de courtiers:
- Vous êtes le principal contact des courtiers dans votre domaine d'expertise en assurance vie et assurez la liaison entre les courtiers et la société.
- Vous (re)trouvez de nouveaux courtiers potentiels et les convainquez de l'offre et des USP.
- Vous guidez les courtiers existants afin d'approfondir la relation.
- Vous construisez une relation de confiance avec vos courtiers.
- Vous donnez des conseils techniques sur les produits, assurez une formation si nécessaire et aidez les courtiers à construire et à entretenir leur propre réseau. En bref, vous veillez à ce que leur rendement augmente grâce à une étroite collaboration.
**Profile**
- Votre master en économie est une excellente base pour votre carrière. Une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la vente est souhaitable mais pas obligatoire.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais et une bonne connaissance du français.
- Vous vous intéressez au monde financier (produits d'investissement, optimisation fiscale, actions, obligations) et souhaitez tout savoir sur l'assurance vie.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise et souhaitez développer votre propre région. Cela signifie également que vous savez travailler en réseau, présenter, négocier et établir des contacts.
- Le changement ne vous fait pas peur. Au contraire Une nouvelle région ? De nouvelles lignes directrices ? De nouvelles relations ? Vous vous adaptez facilement, n'importe où et n'importe quand
- Vous voulez continuer à vous améliorer dans votre travail et apprendre chaque jour. Une activité ininterrompue avec une entreprise qui continue d'évoluer à un rythme effréné
