Description
- You are responsible for execution of damage declarations in assistance files of clients;
- You handle your clients' files from A to Z; from declaration to repatriation and everything in between;
- You analyze the documents upon declaration and make a decision in the file according to the cover taken out;
Profile
- You have initial experience in the financial sector;
- You have experience in customeroriented functions;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French, as you will assist customers in both languages;
- You can multitask fluently & always keep an overview of your files;
- You communicate clearly & work result oriented;
- KPIs & SLAs do not scare you off & you always work empathically.
Offer
