ZetesChronos is a proof-of-delivery software for transport. It connects drivers, back-office operators, and logistics management ensuring perfect delivery execution.

The opportunity. As a corporate Business Analyst for ZetesChronos, you will closely collaborate with our customers and internal teams at both national and corporate level. Your role involves supporting the development and implementation of ZetesChronos. Acting as a link between customers and technical teams, you will understand business requirements, produce functional solution designs, and configure the system optimally. This will ensure the delivery of a fit-for-purpose solution aligned with the customer's vision and project scope. Operating in a diverse international environment, you will engage with customers from various industries.

Your role will be to:

  • Assist Sales with identifying аnd scoping customer needs, translating them into workflows and use cases for Scope of work documentation.
  • Draft solution Change Requests.
  • Project:
  • Perform analysis to create Functional Design and Data Integration Specs.
  • Support solution testing.
  • Training of Super-Users and hand-over to local support.
  • Assist in go-live and super-user support during the transition.
  • Level 3 functional support, facilitating issue resolution between local Zetes operations and the global Software Factory in Spain.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement, at Zetes and customer level.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Autonomous with a willingness to look for answers and solutions via colleagues, documentation, trial and error.
  • Flexible mindset depending on local needs or experience of the national Zetes teams.
  • Process know-how about logistics particular in transportation.
  • Strong client focus, capable of providing appropriate solutions and services based on contextual needs.
  • Comfortable collaborating with colleagues and customers from various countries.
  • Motivated to build and share knowledge.
  • Dynamic and self-organized and adept at multitasking.
