The function

As a Husqvarna Technical Services Employee at Husqvarna Belgium, you stay informed of developments in the market and you know how to respond to market needs.

You support the office staff at our Zaventem location.

Within the team of technical specialists, each of whom provides support for the entire product and service range to the Husqvarna dealers, our direct B2B and private end customers, each employee has a focus area, for this position your focus area is on products in the Residential products segment.

You will carry out the work from our office in Zaventem, but if necessary you will also provide technical support on location at the dealers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for analysis and repair of machines in the electrical, electronic and mechanical field, offered from the dealer network;
• You collect and provide information/analysis to colleagues in Sweden;
• You support setting up and providing technical training to dealers;
• You support everyday (logístical) activities such as loading/unloading, preparing packages for shipment and managing the workshop;
• You also work out technical information for the dealers at the request of and based on data from the Technical Support team;
• You are supportive in correspondence with dealers and end users.

Profile:

• You have at least MBO (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level;
• You have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
• You preferably have relevant experience as a mechanic Forest, Garden & Park machines;
• You have knowledge and affinity with the combination of electronics with mechanics in both battery and fueldriven products;
• You master the Dutch, French and English language fluently in word and writing (German is an advantage);
• You are willing to travel internationally (on average 2 to 3 times a year);
• You are in possession of driving license B (E is an advantage);
• Finally, you can work well with Microsoft Office;

De functie

Als Medewerker Husqvarna Technische Services bij Husqvarna Belgium blijf je op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen in de markt en weet je op de marktbehoefte in te spelen.

Je bent ondersteunend aan de binnendienst op onze vestiging in Zaventem. Binnen het team van technische specialisten waarbij een ieder voor het gehele product
- en dienstenassortiment ondersteuning geeft aan de Husqvarna dealers, onze directe B2B en particuliere eindklanten heeft elke medewerker een focusgebied, voor deze functie geldt dat jouw focusgebied ligt op producten in het Particulieren producten segment. De werkzaamheden zal je uitvoeren vanuit onze vestiging in Zaventem maar wanneer noodzakelijk zal je ook op locatie bij de dealer technische support verlenen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je beoordeelt garantie aanvragen en geretourneerde onderdelen en verzorgt de administratieve verwerking van garantie aanvragen;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor analyse en reparatie van machines op elektrisch, elektronisch en mechanisch gebied, aangeboden vanuit het dealernetwerk;
• Je verzamelt en verstrekt informatie/analyses aan de collega's in Zweden;
• Je ondersteunt opzetten en het geven van technische trainingen aan dealers en professionele eindgebruikers;
• Je ondersteunt alledaagse (logistieke) activiteiten zoals laden/lossen, het verzendklaar maken van pakketten en het beheer van het atelier;
• Ook werk je technische informatie voor de dealers uit op verzoek van en op basis van gegevens uit het Technisch Supportteam;
• Je bent ondersteunend in de correspondentie met dealers en eindgebruikers.

Profiel:

• Je hebt mínimaal MBO (middelbaar beroeps onderwijs) werk

- en denkniveau;

• Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden zowel verbaal als in geschrift;
• Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante ervaring als mechanieker Bos, Tuin

- & Parkmachines;

• Je hebt kennis en affiniteit met de combinatie elektronica met mechanica in zowel accu als brandstof aangedreven producten;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift (Duits is en pré);
• Je bent bereid tot internationaal reizen (gemiddeld 2 à 3 keer per jaar);
• Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B (E is een pré);
• Tot slot kun je goed werken met Microsoft Office;
