Des compétences extraordinaires en matière de service à la clientèle, une connaissance exceptionnelle des produits, une expertise approfondie en matière de soins de beauté et un engagement ferme à atteindre tous les objectifs de vente au détail, sont essentiels pour ce poste.

Qualifications
· 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail (de préférence dans le domaine de la beauté).
· Expertise approfondie en matière de soins de beauté (une expérience en tant qu'esthéticienne et/ou maquilleuse est préférable).
· Expertise en matière de service dans un environnement de luxe/spécialité: capacité à fournir un service à la clientèle inspirant, authentique et personnalisé.
· Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
· Capacité à travailler dans le commerce de détail, notamment le soir, le week-end et lors d'événements spéciaux.
· Langues: Français, anglaise
· Une expérience préalable avec un logiciel de point de vente au détail est souhaitable.
