SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Campus Team is an international team working closely with upper management.
This is a great position to get your foot in the door of a fast-growing company where entrepreneurship is valued, and internal mobility around the world is possible.
POSITION GOALS:
The Campus Coordinator Intern will be part of the Campus Recruitment Team and will report to the Campus Team Manager.
As a Campus Coordination Intern, you will:
- Participate in the organisation and attendance of job fairs for top European universities;
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at boosting Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding;
- Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders
- Employer Branding, Hiring Managers, HR coordinators;
- Develop and update the Campus Team performance data.
Qualifications:
Education:
third year Bachelor's degree or first/second year Master's degree student in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Linguistics, or other relevant fields.
Personal skills:
structured, detail-oriented, proactive, interested in social media, with excellent oral and written communication.
Technical skills:
Microsoft Office, Canva.
Language:
Fluent English.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
- Fulltime compensated internship based in Brussels, Belgium
- The internship should last for 6 months, starting in January-February 202
- Internship agreement with your university is
mandatory
