ARHS Spikeseed is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer for a client in Charleroi.

Contexte de la mission

Within the Microsoft AZURE Cloud, services have been established to address different needs for innovation, such as the website and field mobility tools. There has been a rapid increase in PaaS services deployment over the past two years to create a DATA platform and integration platform, forming the foundation for future transformation initiatives. The implementation of IaaS services is ongoing.

Within the client's IT department's Infrastructure and Operations service, the AZURE team is responsible for managing all elements related to PaaS and IaaS services. They participate in ongoing projects to analyze, define, and implement technical architectures in the Azure cloud based on expressed requirements. The team also provides third-line support.

Rôle & responsabilités

  • Develop the Cloud technical architecture and principles in line with functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating with existing project and architecture teams.
  • Propose solutions that best meet the needs of various stakeholders, adhering to departmental standards and seamlessly integrating with the current landscape.
  • Lead projects in implementing selected solutions, ensuring an understanding and compliance with architectural requirements.
  • Automate and document the implemented solution following existing standards.
  • Define/Enhance a service catalog.

  • Autonomous

  • Fluency in French

Compétences techniques

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer
  • Good understanding of governance tools and principles (Azure Policy, Azure RBAC, Subscriptions, Management Groups, etc.)
  • Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing architectures across various themes involving IaaS/PaaS/SaaS concepts
  • Good knowledge of various resources such as App Service, Application Gateway, Azure SQL Server/Database, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure DataLake/Factory
  • Understanding of the 'Hub&Spoke' model and ability to implement networking resources (Virtual Networks, Route Tables, Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups)
  • Good grasp of DNS principles
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory Domain Services
  • Infrastructure as Code: familiarity with artifact editing and production (Azure Resource Manager, Terraform) and scripting (Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell)
  • Thorough understanding and operational mastery of continuous integration and delivery concepts (Azure Pipelines)
  • Good knowledge of Git repositories and source code management processes/methods
  • Practical hands-on experience required to support OPS teams
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps considered a plus
