**Functie**:
- Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en uitvoeren van het kwaliteitsbeleid van Paas Food Industries.
- Doen uitvoeren van controles op producten en processen, om conformiteit met lastenboeken van klanten, met voorschriften HACCP, aan de normen BRC/IFS/ACS, enz. te voldoen.
- Doen opvolgen en naleven van al deze richtlijnen door eigen personeel en het personeel van de onderaanneming. En corrigerend optreden indien nodig.
- Je draagt zorg voor het actief houden van het kwaliteitsbeleid en -handboek, waarbij je wordt ondersteund door een externe consultant.
- Je volgt de kwaliteit van de eindproducten op.
- Je behandelt alle klantenklachten, in overleg met sales, en maakt opportuniteiten hieruit.
- Je hebt externe contacten met o.a. FAVV, kwaliteitsdiensten van de klanten, auditoren.
- Begeleiden van klantenaudits, aangekondigd en onverwachte audits.
- Behalen van certificaten BRC/IFS/ACS enz.
- Contacten met belangrijke leveranciers. Doen van leveranciersaudits.
- Je begeleidt alle interne en externe audits, zowel die op vlak van de certificaten BRC/IFS/ACS, als die van klanten; zowel de geplande als de niet-geplande.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle milieuaspecten, FostPlus, Valipac, waterzuivering, in overleg met de CEO.
- Je volgt de bestaande KPI's op vlak van QA op, en bouwt dit uit waar nodig, inclusief Visual management op de werkvloer.
- Je organiseert regelmatige klanten enquêtes, in overleg met sales, en leidt verbeteringstrajecten af uit de respons hierop.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aanmaak/opvolging van stalen voor de klanten.
- Je leidt de wekelijkse kwaliteitsvergadering, en neemt actief deel aan de dagelijkse productievergaderingen.
- Je maakt zich de relevante bedrijfsvoorschriften en wettelijke regels snel eigen, past deze toe, en doet deze ook naleven door alle medewerkers (veiligheid, HACCP, normering BRC/IFS/ACS).
- Je maakt voorstellen voor investeringen, wel doordacht met alternatieven, ROI berekeningen, enz., in overleg met de productiemanager.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt ervaring in de voedingssector. Ervaring met vlees/gevogelte is een sterke plus
- Je combineert een hogere (bachelor) opleiding (Bio) met mínimaal enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring.
- Je hebt een passie voor voeding en je koppelt een goed ontwikkeld analytisch denkvermogen aan een hoge prestatiedrang, een hoge autonomie en ondernemende ingesteldheid. Je werkt georganiseerd en gestructureerd, zelfstandig en proactief, zeer punctueel en bent een echte planner.
- Door jouw no-nonsense aanpak en pragmatische ingesteldheid aard je het best binnen de dynamiek van een typisch Limburgs familiebedrijf
- Je drukt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot uit in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans/Duits is een pluspunt. Alsook kennis van Oost-Europese talen is een pluspunt
- Je hebt ook een gedegen kennis van Microsoft Office en kunt vlot werken met ICT-toepassingen.
