We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as Digital Marketer.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional digital experiences that cater to our customers across various channels and platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital content solutions to enhance user journeys and deliver impactful experiences across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, designers, and marketeers to shape the digital content design for web and app platforms, considering UX writing practices.
  • Ensure content aligns with the overall experience vision, design principles, content strategy, and brand values.
  • Create relevant, easytounderstand, and inclusive content that adheres to the brand's style and tone of voice.
  • Utilize user psychology and product specifications to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Make datadriven content and design decisions, utilizing insights and research.
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback and metrics to optimize user experience on digital interfaces.
  • Conduct customer tests and AB tests to validate assumptions and enhance digital interfaces.
  • Define and track usage performance KPIs, making necessary updates to improve performance.
  • Ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with different teams to optimize digital flows in line with customer journeys and value proposition.

Day-to-day Activities:

  • Create UX wireframes using Figma.
  • Analyze and improve SEO and organic traffic.
  • Provide SEOoptimized and conversionfocused copy in three languages.
  • Write web briefings for UI designers, integrators, and publishers for CMS publishing.
  • Perform E2E testing and validation for portals and sales channels.
  • Analyze performance and customer feedback to optimize pages using tools like Adobe Analytics and Content Square.
  • Propose AB testings and optimizations, conduct benchmarking, and suggest assets and components for the Design System.
  • Define development requirements for personalization, new components, and component updates.

Profile:

  • Familiarity with scrum techniques and Agile project planning.
  • Knowledge of usability and technological trends.
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, Content Square, and SEMrush is a plus.
  • Minimum 35 years of relevant work experience in digital projects (UX, content, or SEO specialist, growth marketer).
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch and English with the ability to participate in multilanguage meetings.
  • Excellent web copywriting skills in FR and/or NL, EN.
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in SEO.
  • Customeroriented and resultsdriven.
  • Technical understanding of the internet.
  • Open, communicative, and proactive.
  • Team player with decisionmaking abilities and a sense of responsibility.
  • Organized with the capability to handle multiple actions and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively in a crossfunctional company context and motivate others.
  • Flexible and stressresistant, meeting externallydefined deadlines and priorities.
