For the Property & Engineering department of our client we are looking for an enthusiastic underwriting administrator property to join the team. After getting acquainted with your colleagues you will start in a personal training program. Thereby you will be supported by an experienced colleague who will be a fixed point of contact for your questions.

Description

• You are responsible for the management of the insurance portfolios of company clients, specifically within the property and fire insurance branch
• You are responsible for the complete follow-up and settlement of your assigned files and you take into account the predefined deadlines.
• You are a fixed point of contact for clients and brokers and give tailor-made advice
• You analyze the needs and questions of the customer and take a well-founded position
• You think along how you can improve the service of your team and make proactive proposals
• You work closely with your team and other departments (Underwriting, Sales, Management...).

Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector
• Preferably you have knowledge of fire insurance for SMEs / Enterprises
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and you can work in French
• You are a strong communicator and you put the customer first
