**Je functie**:
Als functioneel analist heb je een sterke interesse en focus om de rol als scrum master op te nemen.
Naast je capaciteiten om duidelijke, overzichtelijke en exacte functionele analyses op te maken, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coachen van scrum en het ondersteunen van 1-3 software development teams. Je zal:
- De product owners van je team coachen op o.a. backlog mgmt., stakeholder mgmt., interactie met het dev team
- Jouw ontwikkelingsteams coachen en begeleiden in Scrum op alle niveaus: mindset, waarden, principes, praktijken, tools & processen
- Andere delen van de organisatie coachen: stakeholders, business management, IT management
- Een cultuur van teamwork, vertrouwen, transparantie en psychologische veiligheid waarin elke medewerker zijn/haar beste zelf kan zijn
- Fungeren als spiegel voor product owners en dev teams over de bereikte waarde, de manier van samenwerken, impediments
- Optreden als facilitator voor workshops of Scrum ceremonies waar nodig
- Actief deelnemen aan de agile community of practice binnen de organisatie, met als doel kennis en best practices over agile uit te wisselen tussen de verschillende teams
**Je profiel**:
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van agile frameworks in het algemeen & Scrum specifiek. Kennis van en ervaring met Kanban is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van analyses (UML, ERD, Use Cases,)
- Kennis van BPMN is een pluspunt
- Je hebt ervaring met het vormen en opstarten van nieuwe teams
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en faciliterende vaardigheden
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
**Je werkomgeving**:
De informatica-afdeling van Solidaris bestaat uit een 200-tal IT-ers die toepassingen ontwikkelen voor alle aangesloten ziekenfondsen, hun loketten (800) en binnendiensten, verspreid over heel België. Deze toepassingen worden gebruikt door meer dan 3500 personen en maken dagelijks ongeveer 4 miljoen transacties mogelijk.
