We're looking for a talented Bilingual (fr/nl) Technical Advisor Building to join our Commercial team in Herstal, Belgium at Aliaxis.

Job description
Role purpose:
generating Customer Demand in Belgium by advising, promoting, and specifying our building products in the end market (installers, construction companies, architects, engineering offices, )
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Business Development Manager will need to closely interact with the Account managers, Product Managers and Communication Managers.
The role is based in Aliaxis Belgium, in Herstal and will require to ride up to 80% of the time across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Visit the end market and position our product solutions through technical advice;
- Identify projects and growth opportunities;
- Convince the end market to buy our products by promoting their value & use;
- Get our products specified where possible;
- Increase branding awareness;
- Work closely and collaborate with the Account Managers to coordinate and drive activities, maximise effective closure of opportunities create
- Organize product trainings
Requirements:
- Technical and/or Business Degree;
- A first experience in the building industry preferably in sanitary;
- Good communication and commercial skills able to convince based on technical expertise;
- Team player capable to also work in autonomy;
- Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, Powrpoint, CRM, )
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
