Jouw rol in het team
Je beheert de incident- en problem managementprocessen samen met de andere Major Incident Managers.
Je coördineert de analyse en oplossing van grote IT-incidenten. Hierbij zorg je voor een correcte communicatie en rapportage achteraf.
Je stuurt de IT service desk aan om een optimale klantervaring te garanderen.
In samenwerking met je collega's binnen het eigen team en andere afdelingen ga je op zoek naar de oorzaak van problemen en coördineer je de acties die nodig zijn om snel en efficiënt tot een duurzame oplossing te komen.

Jouw troeven
Zin in de job? Voel je de match? Check nog even of je ook de juiste ingesteldheid en achtergrondkennis hebt en ga ervoor.
Je kan snel informatie analyseren, overzicht brengen in wat er gebeurt en nauwgezet lopende acties opvolgen.
Communicatie is jouw tweede natuur. Je communiceert duidelijk en past jouw boodschap aan aan de doelgroep, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
Murphy schrikt jou niet af. Je houdt het hoofd koel in onvoorspelbare en soms stresserende situaties.
Je beschikt over een brede IT-kennis en het kriebelt om je te verdiepen in nieuwe domeinen.
Je hebt ervaring met het omgaan met IT-eindgebruikers (vb. ServiceDesk, on-site support,...).
Werkervaring in een coördinerende IT-functie is een plus.
Je weet hoe een ITSM tool werkt (vb. Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, 4me, Redmine,...).
Kennis van ITIL-processen en/of Agile werken is een plus.
