What will you do at Traxion?
Our team is growing and looking for a Business Consultant who is either experienced in or passionate to learn more about the IAM domain.
You will join a small team of Consultants in Belgium (Kontich), who also work closely with and learn from other experienced Consulting teams in the Netherlands.
In this role you will help provide quality IAM solutions for our clients.You work with your colleagues to discover the customer's needs, raise security awareness, create roadmaps, and guide the implementation of IAM products and related business processes.
The clients you will consult range in size and industry segment and the projects vary in size, maturity and complexity.
Quality consulting is important to us and whilst you will be instrumental in achieving our revenue goals, we expect you to be a brand advocate and trusted advisor to our clients.

Your work week consists of working remotely, from the office and at our client(s) site(s). There is flexibility here and can vary depending on the projects you are involved in. No day is the same, which is what keeps our team highly motivated.Job responsibilities
- Perform stakeholder analyses
- Retrieve requirements through interviews and workshops
- Create use cases and advice for IAM product selection
- Present the importance and use of IAM to stakeholders
- Create advisory reports, roadmaps and implementation plans
- Discuss and determine IAM ownership
- Design and improve business processes
- Guide the customer (as business analyst or project manager) in implementing IAM products
- Work together with our technical consultants, developers, support and sales organization
- Providing mentoring to less experienced colleagues
- Study for relevant field & vendor certification to keep up with latest developments
- Positively contribute towards Traxion team spirit and knowledge sharing
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business and IT
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (prior experience in IAM & Security would be great)
- Good experience liaising with clients and managing stakeholders at varying seniority levels
- Must be fluent in English and proficient in Dutch or French
- Agile and/or project management experience is a big plus
- Some experience working on presales activities, including understanding of how to identify cross and upsell opportunities
- Experience with vendors like Omada, SailPoint, Microsoft, Okta, CyberArk, etc., is a plus
- Certified in CompTIA Security+, MS-Azure or relevant ISACA is a plus (otherwise we can get you certified)
- You currently must be living in Belgium and hold a valid driver's license
