Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als invoicing officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige facturatie naar accounts voor alle juridische entiteiten van de Groep.

Wij zijn continu op zoek naar innoverende manieren om procedures efficiënter te maken in een steeds veranderende omgeving en dit zowel in een nationale als internationale context.

Concreet betekent dit:

Beheren en bewaken van het standaard facturatieproces Beheren en documenteren complexe Account dossiers Geven van facturatie advies aan field organisatie en klanten Bewaken wettelijke verplichtingen inzake facturatie Inrichten en boosten verzending facturen via verschillende e-facturatie systemen. Creatief meedenken in functie van voortdurende optimalisatie van processen Samen met team, field collega's en accounts (nationaal en internationaal) zoeken naar Innovatieve oplossingen.

De Invoicing Officer vervult naast een rol die identiek is aan die van de "Administrator" een reeks andere en bijkomende taken zoals :

Motor zijn binnen Invoicing Samen met het team ontwikkelen van nieuwe ideeën en processen met het oog op continue optimalisatie en verbetering productiviteit Feedbackcultuur stimuleren. Zorgen voor een goede open communicatie in het team en met de hele organisatie Problem solver zijn voor complexe, technische vragen inherent aan facturatie. Een actieve rol opnemen in de interne organisatie van Invoicing : werkverdeling, aanspreekpunt voor die niet courante vragen, respecteren van deadlines, .. Je rapporteert aan de Invoicing Manager

Jouw profiel

Je hebt minstens een Bachelor diploma Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel met zin voor initiatief Je gaat gestructureerd te werk Je bent autonoom, proactief, diplomatisch en klantgericht waarbij je ondernemerschap toont en resultaten neerzet Je hebt een sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen Je werkt oplossingsgericht Je hebt oog voor deadlines en werkprocessen Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden zowel klanten als collega's Je gedrevenheid en betrokkenheid zorgen voor een hoge tevredenheid bij interne en externe klanten Je beschikt over voldoende flexibiliteit binnen deze continue veranderende omgeving Je bent vertrouwd met de IT-omgeving en je kan goed werken met Excel/Google Sheet Je bent vlot drietalig (Nederlands-Frans-Engels/ mondeling en schriftelijk)
