Senior Consultant (.NET Developer) - Brussels/Antwerp

As a Senior Consultant, you'll leverage your technical expertise in .NET development to provide strategic guidance and drive impactful outcomes across a diverse range of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in Brussels and Antwerp to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom .NET solutions, utilizing a stack that includes Angular, Blazor, React on the frontend, and SQL, Entity Framework, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) on the backend.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and alignment with client needs.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on software architecture and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in .NET development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, preferably with previous experience in consultancy.
  • Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, including Angular, .NET core, Blazor, React, SQL, Entity Framework, C#, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Dutch or French is essential for communication with clients.
  • Educational background is not important but an IT related degree is nice to have.
