Het departement Digital Business Solutions (DBS) ondersteunt alle business activiteiten van Sibelga. Het zorgt ervoor dat Sibelga beschikt over autonome informatica die inspeelt op de evolutie van haar behoeften en de technologieën.
Binnen DBS helpt het ERP team de departementen HR, Finance, Logistics en Procurement om hun werkmethodes te optimaliseren en de gebruikerservaring te verbeteren. Het past daartoe bestaande toepassingen aan of ontwikkelt nieuwe oplossingen die beantwoorden aan de behoeften van de interne klanten. Het ERP team bestaat uit een vijftiental professionals: projectleiders, functionele analisten en developers.
Voor het ERP team zijn we op zoek naar een Functional Analyst SAP HR die rechtstreeks zal rapporteren aan de Team Manager ERP.
JOUW JOB
Dit zijn je taken als 'Functional Analyst' SAP HR
Je verzamelt en begrijpt de behoeften van de vertegenwoordigers van de business.
Op basis daarvan zorg je voor de functionele analyse van de gevraagde verbeteringen/wijzigingen.
Je raamt de werklast en de kosten van de wijzigingen (voor projecten of onderhoud).
Je stelt meerdere oplossingen of benaderingswijzen voor.
Je evalueert de impact van de veranderingen op de bestaande situatie.
Je waarborgt de continuïteit van de dienstverlening en een goede houdbaarheid van de oplossing.
Je zorgt ervoor dat de uit te voeren wijzigingen duidelijk zijn voor de ontwikkelaar. Je bent dus verantwoordelijk voor de vereiste aanpassingen of ontwikkelingen op basis van de specificaties die voorafgaandelijk werden bepaald.
Je werkt de referentiedocumentatie bij.
Je stelt de testplannen op, je houdt toezicht op de testen, je controleert de kwaliteit en verzorgt de implementatie.
Je staat in voor de opvolging en de oplossing van incidenten en problemen.
Je werkt actief mee aan de projecten die veranderingen inhouden voor SAP HR.
Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-departement en de andere IT-teams.
Ter info, de migratie van SAP ERP HCM naar het SAP S/4HANA-compatibiliteitspakket heeft reeds plaatsgevonden.
JOUW PROFIEL
Je volgde een opleiding in een HR- of IT-richting (master of bachelor) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel analist.
Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
Je toont een bijzondere belangstelling voor alles wat te maken heeft met HR-systemen en HR- toepassingen/-oplossingen in het algemeen.
Je bent bereid je vaardigheden op het vlak van SAP en functionele analyse te ontwikkelen en/of te verbeteren.
Je hebt een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van één van de twee landstalen (Nederlands en/of Frans) en je hebt een passieve kennis van de andere taal.
Kennis van de energiesector en de omgeving S/4 HANA is een troef.
