**Functie**:
Als Work Planner FttH (Fiber to the home) sta je in voor de voorbereiding van de werkinstructies en het opvolgen van vergunningen (signalisatie). Bijkomend hou je toezicht op het voorraadbeer en bestel je in functie van de project planning de bestellingen.
**Een greep uit jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de vergunningaanvragen en signalisatieplannen. je maakt de werkbundels op die de nodige informatie in het kader van de projecten omvatten.
- Je brengt in functie van de opgemaakte planning van de project coordinator, alle componenten samen en coordineert de nodige acties (melding der werken, omleiding) zodat alles tijdig voorhanden is om de werkzaamheden te kunnen opstarten.
- Je fungeert als SPOC in de backoffice. Je bent op de hoogte als er bv. werken op zaterdag gebeuren of in geval van ziekte.
- Je beheert stock met name het beheer van de stock in het magazijn en het signalisatiemateriaal. Je brengt in kaart wat er is en wat er nodig zal zijn, in functie van de aankomende projecten. Om dit overzicht te hebben, doe je de maandelijkse stocktelling.
- Je zet het nodige materiaal 's morgens klaar zodat dit door de subco's en ploegen kan worden meegenomen. Hiervoor doe je ook de nodige tellingen en administratieve verwerkingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het order management. Op basis van de planning maak je een inschatting van het benodigd materiaal, je houdt hierbij rekening met de doorlooptijden van de diverse materialen. In geval van onvoldoende stock ben jij het die het materiaal tijdig zal bijbestellen. Als de orders laattijdig zijn of er niet doorkomen, dan doe je de opvolging richting de leverancier.
**De ideale kandidaat**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring als werfvoorbereider.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van glasvezelnetwerken (Fiber to the Home) of civiele werken.
- Je hebt kennis van stockbeheer en hebt ervaring met het werken met onderaannemers.
- Je kan bij voorkeur ook werken met een heftruck.
- Je hebt ervaring met signalisatie, vergunningen en synergiewerken
- Je hebt sterk communicatieve vaardigheden. Je communiceert open en beheerst hierbij de Nederlandse taal perfect. Kennis van andere talen vormen een troef.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Word en Excel). Idealiter heb je in het verleden al met warehouse software gewerkt.
- Je bent in staat mee te denken zowel in de richting van de opdrachtgever als de eindgebruiker.
- Ervaring of kennis van Gipod vormen een mooie plus
- Stress en deadlines zijn drijfveren voor jou.
- Je schakelt snel wanneer er zich uitdagingen voordoen.
- Kwaliteit komt bij jou op de eerste plaats. Je hebt oog voor detail en hebt een hoge mate van accuraatheid.
