What will be your job responsibilities?

• Installing fiber connections for telephony, internet, and digital TV at residential locations
• Communicating with customers about the installation
• Bringing fiber from the connection box on the street to the desired installation location
• Setting up a fiber optic connection point and the necessary cabling, potentially disconnecting existing installations
• Installing a telephone wall socket or reinstalling existing wall sockets
• Setting up a modem and connecting it to the connection point
• Providing internet on PC/tablet, via UTP or Wifi
• etc...

Which organization will you be working for?

For a company with several branches across Belgium, we are looking for a fiber installer at the Herentals location to perform repairs on public lighting.

What are we looking for?

• You have completed a technical education or gained similar experience
• You have no fear of heights
• You enjoy working independently
• You are flexible with working hours: occasional night shifts and weekends
• Driver's license B for transportation purposes
