Binnen dit verhaal zijn wij op zoek naar een Paid Advertising Expert om onze Digitale/Campaign team te versterken.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
De Paid Advertising Expert neemt deel aan het opzetten van de digitale campagnes en waakt over de KPI's en het bereiken ervan.

Ben je iemand die een held is in het bepalen van de juiste online media kanalen en doelgroepen voor een digitale marketing campagne? Geeft het bepalen van de ideale digitale marketingmix retargetting je kippenvel? Sta je op en ga je slapen met ideeën om bestaande always-on campagnes te optimaliseren? Kan je switchen tussen strategie en operationele zaken zonder enige moeite? Ben je een coördinatie-ninja op vlak van banners, visuals, copy, de volledige digitale campagne gestart te krijgen? Spot je opportuniteiten in de bestaande database om nog relevanter te zijn in paid media? Kan je elke dag net iets meer rendement halen uit de digitale investeringen? En dan de volgende dag nog net iets meer? En dan nog ietsje meer? Jongleer je met woorden zoals CPA, Conversion rate, attribution model, conversion pixel en CTR... zonder dat ze op de grond vallen? Kan je perfect de digitale lingo-mambo-jambo vertalen voor niet-digitale stakeholders? Vind je het leuk om samen te werken met verschillende interne klanten als externe agentschappen? Ben je iemand die zegt "there is no I in Team"? Ok, we weten ook dat er wel ME in Team is. Maar slaag je erin om het digitale marketing team op een hoger niveau te brengen door jouw expertise te delen?Jouw profiel
Wat verwachten we van jou bij bpost?
Masterdiploma (of gelijkaardig door ervaring) 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in digitale marketing, met nadruk op performance advertising Zeer doorgedreven kennis van Google Ads, Facebook advertising, LinkedIn Ads en Microsoft ads. Kennis van advertising platformen als Pinterest, TikTok en Snapchat zijn een plus Zeer doorgedreven kennis van Google Analytics Kennis en interesse in Affiliatie, RTB, display advertising... Zeer sterke analytische skills Het op de hoogte zijn van de laatste nieuwsjes in digital Proactiviteit en communicatieve skills Vloeiend in Frans en Nederlands + goede kennis van EngelsWaarom bpost?
