Verschillende van onze projecten hebben al prijzen gewonnen: bijvoorbeeld, met het het **Crossborder project** haalden we de** gouden medaille op de Public Award** binnen. Het Crossborder project zette in op de digitalisering van verkeersboetes en een digitale gegevensuitwisseling tussen politie, justitie en financiën. Ook met het **digitaal portaal, **Just-on-web** vielen we in de prijzen bij de **Digital** Society Awards.**

Werk je graag aan **projecten die het verschil maken** in de samenleving? Dankzij onze ICT-oplossingen kunnen gedetineerden bijvoorbeeld digitaal bezoek ontvangen tijdens hun verblijf in de gevangenis.

Wij zijn op zoek naar **toekomstige talenten** voor **verschillende profielen** binnen de pijler **Service Management** van de stafdienst ICT:

- **Incident Manager**: je bepaalt de incident management processen, zorgt voor de opvolging van incidenten en brengt regelmatig verslag uit. Als centraal aanspreekpunt zorg je voor de communicatie rond incidenten en de koppeling met andere ITIL-processen.
- **Change Manager**:je voert analyses uit met het oog op de implementatie van grote IT veranderingen binnen de organisatie. Je stelt veranderingsplannen en risicoanalyses op en zorgt voor de uitvoering ervan. Je stelt rapporten op en beheert het draagvlak van deze verandering binnen de organisatie.
- **Asset & Configuration Manager**: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de data kwaliteit van de Configuration Management Database. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe Configuration Items worden toegevoegd en oude worden gearchiveerd, zodat de database altijd de realiteit benadert. Je zorgt er tevens voor dat de data van de database ter beschikking is voor rapportage naar de verschillende processen en teams. Je houdt een vinger aan de pols van de verschillende diensten, hardware, software, licentie en certificaten in de installed base op gebied van hun levenscyclus (End of Life, contract data ) en communiceert hier ook pro-actief over.
- **Service Manager**: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de ICT-dienstverlening op operationeel niveau voor de business en de operations teams. Jij bent de persoon die de regie houdt op alle afspraken met interne en externe partijen die nodig zijn om de gewenste ICT diensten te leveren en de overeengekomen KPI's te realiseren.
- **Project Manager**: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de aan jou toegewezen projecten in overeenstemming met de vooropgestelde scope, planning en budget. Hiertoe stuur je een project team aan en zorg je voor de nodige rapportering.

Deze selectie is niet alleen bedoeld om **deze plaatsen te vullen**, maar ook om een **wervingsreserve** op te bouwen waaruit we kunnen putten.

**Werkgever**:
Momenteel zijn er **minstens 2 openstaande plaatsen **bij de stafdienst ICT van de FOD Justitie (adres: Waterloolaan Brussel). Deze selectie zal ook dienen als een **wervingsreserve **om uit te putten.

Je komt terecht in de nieuwe pijler** **Service Management van de stafdienst ICT.** Deze diverse en enthousiaste groep collega's ondersteunt de FOD Justitie en de rechterlijke organisatie door informatiesystemen, hard
- en software te ontwikkelen en ter beschikking te stellen. Het doel is om de globale werking van de FOD Justitie en de rechterlijke organisatie te ondersteunen zodat zij hun taken efficiënt en doelgericht kunnen uitvoeren.

De technologie verandert echter razendsnel. De stafdienst ICT moet optimaal kunnen blijven functioneren en inspelen op die digitale transformatie. Een moderne organisatie houdt niet alleen rekening met de noden van de klanten, maar ook met die van haar eigen medewerkers.

De stafdienst ICT blijft zich daarom ontwikkelen. Het opstarten van **Service Management** is een van de middelen om alle systemen en processen te blijven verbeteren. Zo streeft de stafdienst ernaar zijn dienstverlening naar het volgende niveau te tillen.

De **FOD Justitie** biedt zijn medewerkers een aangename werkomgeving en een bedrijfscultuur die gericht is op de burger maar ook op de eigen medewerkers.

Samen zetten al deze medewerkers zich dagelijks in voor een betere justitie.
