**Functie**:
**Descriptif de la mission**:
Vous rapportez directement au superviseur comptable GL (general ledger) et AP (accounts payable). La fonction combine à la fois les aspects liés à l'activité comptabilité générale (en premier lieu) et la comptabilité fournisseur (en seconde instance) ainsi qu'un lien transversal avec la comptabilité AR. La fonction propose également d'assumer la fonction d'utilisateur clé (Key User) dans le cadre de l'ERP SAP et des projets GL/AP.

**Job purpose**

Le département accounting regroupe 2 grands segments : la comptabilité générale et fournisseur (GL/AP department) et la comptabilité client (AR accounts receivable department). Le département accounting est composé d'une dizaine de collaborateurs et piloté par L'Accounting Manager

La mission principale du département Accounting est d'assurer la comptabilisation des flux financiers et de produire les documents comptables obligatoires : bilan, compte de résultat, annexe. La comptabilisation des flux concerne : - les flux entrants : factures d'achats et de frais généraux, - les flux sortants : facturation clients, - les opérations de trésorerie. Le département accounting assure également la gestion des clients et des fournisseurs en assurant le suivi des paiements, des relances et des litiges. Les relations avec les banques et les services fiscaux sont également à la charge du département Accounting. De plus, il initie divers projets d'amélioration de processus internes.

**Responsabilités et tâches principales de la fonction**
- Comptabilité d'une ou plusieurs sociétés (BE-Lux)
- Participation aux tâches opérationnelle quotidienne et assure une clôture mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle correcte
- Contrôle des documents comptables (opérations diverses, notes de frais etc..)
- Lettrage, réconciliation et justifications des comptes bilantaires dont il (elle) est responsable
- Lettrage de flux bancaires aussi en devises étrangères
- Back up pour la Préparation de la Déclaration TVA
- Refacturation inter-compagnies et rapprochement des comptes inter-compagnies
- Assistance dans l'Elaboration des comptes statutaires
- Participation à la Remonté des chiffres et annexes de votre entité dans l'outil de reporting/consolidation groupe (Hyperion) ;
- Identifier les améliorations possibles et les mettre en place.
- Responsable des obligations de reporting et des réponses aux enquêtes de la Banque Nationale de Belgique
- Reporting groupe conformément à la norme IFRS
- Participation à la préparation de l'audit
- Participation aux contrôles fiscaux et à leur préparation
- Participation aux projets d'amélioration des processus et des outils comptable
- Gestion comptabilité AR/AP processus O2C et P2P _**_en support :_**
- Encodage & vérification de la conformité/légalité des factures fournisseurs entrantes
- Préparation des paiements (collectif fournisseur et paiements divers)
- Validation des factures (SAP-FI).
- Vous vous assurez de la bonne affectation comptable et analytique des factures entrantes.
- Gestion des factures à recevoir et des charges
