**Oracle EBS - Functional Expert (IMS)

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience: - Broad experience and knowledge of Oracle E-business suite version and above, with specific knowledge in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CE), Purchasing (PO), Advanced Procurement, Cash Management, Travel and Fixed Assets (noting IMS uses a customised Travel Module)

  • Accounting knowledge including encumbrance accounting, accrual accounting and experience of Public Sector accounting processes

DUTIES/ROLE:

  • Oversee the FinS upgrade project from the perspective of IMS FC Team (users)
  • Provide direct support to the system administrator in terms of
ü Project management to include overseeing all aspects of systems testing, reviewing scenario baseline

ü Liaising with relevant stakeholders in the IMS Budget Group

ü Preparing a UAT forecast / test schedule for all relevant participants of the IMS Budget Group

  • Support production release for production changes in Oracle EBS
  • Any other Oracle functional support relevant for IMS FC Office

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:

  • Will be required to work in one three locations:
ü Office of the Financial Controller, IMS, NATO HQ, Brussels, Belgium

ü NCIA Office, Parc de l'Alliance, Braine L'Alleud, Belgium

ü Homeworking / Teleworking

  • The balance of work between Brussels and Braine L'Alleud will be determined by the nature of the project requirements. The IMS core staff are located in Brussels, the FinS project team and test suite is located at Braine L'Alleud
