**Uw doel ? **Sabam voor deze diverse disciplines een volwaardige en zelfstandige koers laten varen met oog voor de eigen noden van onze leden.
**Wat is uw toegevoegde waarde in deze rol ?**
- Als lid van het Sabam Managementcomité bent u verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling & de implementatie van de Sabam strategie voor de disciplines Audiovisueel, Theater & Dans, Beeldende kunsten en Literatuur.
- U heeft de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de vakgebieden Audiovisueel, Theater & Dans, Beeldende kunsten en Literatuur, in de ruimste zin van het woord, met focus op:
- de klantenrelaties en de inningsregels naar alle type gebruikers van de betrokken disciplines toe
- de ledenrelaties en de verdelingsregels naar alle rechthebbenden van de betrokken disciplines
- innovatie, zowel naar het uittekenen en implementeren van gepaste businessmodellen toe voor nieuwe vormen van exploitatie van de betrokken disciplines alsook naar de verbetering van bestaande beheersprocessen toe (i.s.m. de Chief Operations Officer) aan de hand van technologie, databeheer e.a.
- de P&L voor de betrokken disciplines
- U behoudt & optimaliseert de samenwerking met alle andere departementen binnen Sabam.
- U vertegenwoordigt Sabam op diverse forum's.
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor de P&L van alle disciplines.
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor het People Management van de eigen afdeling.
