Als OT Specialist bij Nedschroef Herentals speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren, onderhouden en verbeteren van onze operationele technologie-infrastructuur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van systemen en processen om de efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van onze productieomgeving te waarborgen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne teams, waaronder IT, engineering en operations, om de OT-systemen te integreren en te optimaliseren.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Operationele OT (%): Oplossen van technische problemen en storingen in de OT-systemen; Instrueren en adviseren van de gebruikers van de systemen; Opleidingsnoodzaak bij de gebruikers identificeren en waar nodig (laten) verzorgen; Beheren en onderhouden van de operationele technologie-infrastructuur; Coördineren van de integratie van OT-systemen met bestaande IT-systemen en -processen. Improvement projecten (%): Samen met het operationeel team verbetering identificeren en implementeren over de volledige organisatie op het digitale domein; Grote interesse in het verzamelen en analyseren van data; Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van OT-gerelateerde projecten en budgetten; Interesse in ERP-verwerking (SAP) en identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen mbt dataverloop tussen de ERP en OT systemen; Identificeren, voorbereiden en implementeren van de benodigde (vervangings)investeringen; Integreren van nieuwe systemen/processen in het IT-systeem.Jouw kwalificaties
Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevant technisch vakgebied, zoals industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of informatietechnologie; Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving; Uitgebreide kennis van operationele technologie; Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen; Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden; Ervaring met projectmanagement en het leiden van technische projecten; Bekendheid met veiligheidsnormen en richtlijnen voor OT-systemen; Kennis van Lean Manufacturing en continue verbeteringsmethodieken is een pluspunt.
