Overview of the Job Culture:ICT Talents is an IT consultancy firm that provides professional services to the IT market by deploying specialized consultants to businesses. Our team of 100 motivated consultants ensures that we have the expertise needed to make a difference. Quality and flexibility are at the core of our medium to long-term assignments.
On Tuesdays, ICT Talents colleagues collaborate from Antwerp, Crelan Building, while you can plan your schedule for the rest of the week, and of course, you are welcome in our offices. Your primary challenge will be to build and strengthen a close business relationship with prospects, clients, and our IT consultants. Understanding the needs of all stakeholders and providing the most suitable solutions will be key. Quality work is ingrained in your DNA.
Your Responsibilities:Commercial:
- Expand our client base through active prospecting.
- Maintain strong commercial relationships and actively contribute to finding the best solutions.
- Handle rate negotiations, contract drafting, and contract follow-up.
HR:
- Schedule, attend, and follow up on consultant interviews with clients.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team.
- Provide personal HR support to your team of consultants.
- Conduct discussions with consultants to align their ambitions and expertise for ideal client matches.
Administration:
- Ensure necessary administrative follow-up in the CRM system, and prepare meeting reports.
You will report to the General Manager of ICT Talents.
Your Profile:Are you our next colleague?
- Minimum of one sales experience in staffing.
- Familiarity with the ICT sector is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and remain resilient under stress.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
