Les Services Payroll de Partena libèrent nos clients des complexités de la gestion sociale de leurs collaborateurs.
**Quel est le challenge?**
En tant que Payroll Consultant:
- Vous assurez le bon déroulement du processus de calcul des salaires en fonction des informations données par l'employeur.
- Vous effectuez le suivi administratif des demandes des clients et des instances officielles.
- Vous maintenez vos connaissances de la législation sociale à jour afin de rendre le meilleur service à nos clients.
- Vous identifiez les besoins des clients afin d'y répondre au mieux et vous établissez une relation de confiance avec eux.
- Afin de renforcer cette relation de confiance avec nos clients, vous réalisez des actions de fidélisation.
- Grâce à votre connaissance des produits et services de Partena, vous proposez des solutions appropriées à vos clients.
**Qui êtes-vous?**
**Le profil**:
- Vous disposez d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou Master en Ressources Humaines, en avez une expérience professionnelle en tant que Payroll Consultant, Payroll Officer, HR Officer au sein d'un service du personnel ou d'un secrétariat social
- Vous aimez travailler avec des chiffres et vous aimez le travail administratif.
- Vous êtes avide d'apprendre et vous avez une soif innée de comprendre les choses.
- Vous êtes orienté clients et vous possédez de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour comprendre les besoins de vos clients et de les accompagner.
- Vous êtes et rigoureux afin de garantir un service de qualité.
- Vous êtes responsable et organisez efficacement votre temps et votre travail.
- vous adaptez vos priorités afin de gérer au mieux votre portefeuille de clients.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress
- Vous êtes autonome, avez un bonne esprit d'équipe et de cohésion d'équipe.
- Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français et disposez d'une bonne connaissance de du néerlandais
