Roles and Responsibilities

Your role within our organization:

Our Marketing & Communication team boosts our sales and brand awareness, internal and external communication, and media relations. Through various sales and communication channels, Marketing supports the sales organization in acquiring and retaining customers and increasing the sales share per customer.

Our Marketing & Communication department can be divided into 4 channels:

  • Business-to-Business (B2B)
  • Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
  • Commercial Support
  • Employer Branding & Communication

As a Commercial Support Marketing Officer, you provide support to our sales team through product marketing, events, ...

Here's what your job entails:
  • Together with the Commercial Support team, you are responsible for communication, customer events, and marketing actions aimed at our professional installers.
  • You assist in developing, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns and strategies. You implement (together with third parties) marketing activities within the brand guidelines and set deadlines.
  • You, along with your colleagues, ensure the successful implementation of the operational marketing activities plan.
  • You organize customer events and training for clients.
  • You contribute to the development of advertisements, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • You ensure clear communication to sales, category management, and product promotion on upcoming actions and product launches.
  • You coordinate marketing activities for our private labels Procasa and ProOne.
  • You participate in developing and executing online marketing strategies on our customer data platform.
What we expect from you:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing or communication or have several years of experience as a marketer.
  • You are up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing. Knowledge of email marketing can impress us.
  • After a clear briefing, you can independently get to work quickly.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented.
  • You excel in organizing and coordinating tasks.
  • Affinity with our products (heating, plumbing, installation materials, renewable energy) is a strong plus.
