**Functie**:
In het kader van het Energy Transition project in Halle, zijn we op zoek naar een Operational Support. Deze biedt operationele en technische support bij het plannen en monitoren van de elektrische voertuigen en allround ondersteuning aan de rest van de exploitatie.

ONDERSTEUNING WERKING ELEKTRISCHE BUSSEN
- Je staat in voor de planning met aandacht voor de autonomie en de laadtijden van de voertuigen.
- Je waakt over het correct laden en correct parkeren van de voertuigen.
- Je zorgt met behulp van aangepaste softwareprogramma's voor de goede werking van de voertuigen en laders.
- Je signaleert proactief storingen en reikt technische en functionele oplossingen aan waar mogelijk.
- Je verwerkt de meldingen van chauffeurs en garagepersoneel over laadproblemen of andere technische issues.

ALLROUND OPERATIONELE ONDERSTEUNING EXPLOITATIE
- Je fungeert als back-up voor de stelplaatsverantwoordelijke.
- Je ondersteunt de stelplaatsverantwoordelijke bij de planning en dispatching van de chauffeurs.
- Je verwerkt administratieve taken nodig voor de goede werking van de stelplaats.

**Profiel**:

- Opleidingsniveau middelbaar of technisch onderwijs.
- Bij voorkeur 2 jaar ervaring in transport (liefst in de bussector).
- Je kan vlot werken met computers en hebt kennis van standaard softwarepakketten.
- Uitstekende probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden.
- Organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
- Hands-on en stressbestendig.
- Flexibel in omgang met andere personeelsleden en opdrachtgevers/leveranciers.
