Notre client, une banque privée familiale en pleine expansion, recherche actuellement un(e) Compliance Junior.
**Description**
- En collaboration avec vos collègues, vous contrôlez les différentes réglementations dans les différents domaines de conformité et vérifiez leur mise en œuvre au sein de la banque. A cette fin, vous effectuez des contrôles minutieux et consignez vos résultats dans un rapport clair assorti de conclusions et de recommandations, après quoi vous convenez de plans d'action et de délais avec les services concernés.
- Vous êtes très attentif aux fichiers de données et essayez en permanence d'optimiser les contrôles.

Vous contribuez également à l'exécution de diverses tâches dans les domaines de la conformité. Bien entendu, vous ne faites pas tout cela tout seul.
- Vous pouvez compter sur des collègues expérimentés qui se réjouissent de partager leurs connaissances et leur expérience avec vous et de vous guider.

**Profile**
- Vous pouvez vous appuyer sur une expérience en matière de conformité et/ou d'audit dans le secteur bancaire (une expérience dans le domaine de la MiFID est un atout).
- Vous êtes intègre et avez le sens des responsabilités.
- Vous aimez analyser avec un œil critique et vous avez de bonnes capacités de synthèse.
- Vous avez un style de communication clair et produisez des rapports de grande qualité.
- Vous comprenez la nécessité et la valeur de la conformité et vous contribuez à la sensibilisation au sein de la banque. Vous exécutez vos tâches avec un haut degré de précision.
- Vous organisez votre travail efficacement et pouvez compter sur le soutien de collègues expérimentés. Vous aimez travailler avec différents types de personnes. Vous êtes enthousiaste et consciencieux.
