This role requires an experienced strategic Accounting and Finance manager who combines analytical skills with a pragmatic, polyvalent and agile approach. Someone who can navigate through uncertainty and risk, deliver precise and persuasive communication, and foster collaboration across the organization and countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Drive the implementation of our ERP system, working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure a smooth transition and optimized processes.
- Provide endtoend insights into accounting operations, from transactional level to financial reporting, to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address key challenges and opportunities in accounting processes and systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of young, dynamic, and ambitious accounting professionals.
What we're looking for in you
- Proven experience in a
similar role within a (European) headquarters environment, preferably in a technology or fastgrowing company. - Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations, with a
strong understanding of IFRS. - Experience leading
ERP implementations or significant system/process changes. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment, with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
