Als Recruitment Planner Onsite maak je de dagplanningen op voor de klant: je plan de verschillende profielen in op de openstaande plaatsen. Daarnaast maak je ook contracten op voor de arbeiders die worden aangenomen voor de logistieke en/of voedingssector.

**Volgend takenpakket kan je verwachten**:

- Je nodigt kandidaten uit op kantoor voor een grondige prescreening en je informeert hen over de vacature/klant
- Je bouwt een pool op door op een proactieve manier kandidaten te screenen en hen op te nemen in de werfreserve
- Je maakt dagplanningen op
- Je geeft infosessies aan (potentiële) uitzendkrachten
- Je zorgt er voor dat jouw pool up to date is om aanvragen van een klant efficiënt in te vullen
- Je werkt enkel op grotere klantendossiers
