En outre, en tant que responsable de processus, vous veillez au bon fonctionnement et à l'optimisation éventuelle des processus internes transversaux.
Tâches et responsabilités :
- Recueillir des informations de base pour discuter des options et des questions stratégiques.
- Animer des ateliers avec les membres du comité stratégique afin de déterminer les priorités stratégiques.
- Assurer la coordination avec la direction et l'aider à formuler des objectifs stratégiques SMART.
- Rédiger les documents relatifs aux objectifs stratégiques à l'intention de l'organe d'administration.
- Rendre compte de l'état d'avancement de la réalisation des initiatives stratégiques.
- Faire vivre la stratégie en interne parmi les employés par le biais des canaux de communication internes.
- Lancer des projets d'amélioration et travailler à l'optimisation des processus afin d'atteindre les KPI définis.
- Optimiser et maintenir les processus internes transversaux.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en gestion d'entreprise, en management ou dans un domaine connexe, ou vous avez une expérience avérée en matière de planification et de mise en œuvre stratégiques, de préférence au sein d'une organisation complexe.
En tant que manager en stratégie, vous disposez des compétences suivantes :
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences analytiques et la capacité de traduire des objectifs stratégiques en actions concrètes.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication et pouvez coopérer efficacement avec diverses parties prenantes.
- Vous pouvez analyser et optimiser les processus en collaboration avec les services concernés.
- Votre attitude proactive vous permet de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique.
- Une bonne connaissance des institutions de sécurité sociale et du secteur des soins de santé est un atout.
- Vous possédez une connaissance active du néerlandais.
