**Ben jij analytisch en communicatief sterk? **Wil jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor een of meerdere projecten op verschillende gebieden van informatiemanagement binnen de medische component?**
Dan hebben we jou nodig
Concrete taken:
- Je **zoekt naar maximale efficiëntie in informatiebeheer** (1 gegevensbron, geen dubbele codering, intelligent beheer van de toegang tot informatie,...)
- Je** houdt rekening met de beveiligingsvereisten** en gegevensbeschermingsregels m.b.t. de inhoud van de informatie.
- Je **zorgt voor een goede werking van interne en externe informatiestromen**, in samnwerking met partijen buiten je afdeling. IT kan hierbij een hulpmiddel zijn, maar is niet verplicht. Je bent de brug tussen de informatica capaciteiten en de activiteiten van de dienst zelf.
- Je **ondersteunt **niet alleen managers, maar ook collega's en afdelingen van je organisatie **als consultant en coach voor informatiemanagement** en je **zoekt **samen met hen **naar effectieve en innovatieve oplossingen**.
- Je **ondersteunt de strategie van Defensie** bij het integreren van de Governance Objectives in haar dagdagelijkse bedrijfsvoering:
- Als projectmedewerker **stel je een methodiek en een actieplan voor**, voor de ontwikkeling van 1 of meerderer projecten op het gebied van informatiemanagement.
- Je **ontwikkelt een evaluatietool voor een governanceproject onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid** waarmee de implementatie ervan binnen Defensie kan worden gemonitord en periodiek geëvalueerd.
- Je **neemt deel aan en draagt bij aan de verschillende werkgroepen** waarvan het werk het mogelijk maakt om de strategische visie, doelstellingen en missies van de organisatie te bereiken.
- Je **coördineert projecten**:
- Je **analyseert **de **dossiers **die van invloed kunnen zijn op de medische component
- Je** stelt gecoördineerde en coherente oplossingen/antwoorden voor** in samenspraak met je collega's en je hiërarchie.
- Je **zorgt voor de coördinatie en opvolging van de antwoorden **op deze verzoeken.
Deze functie houdt een rechtstreeks en zichtbaar contact met het publiek in. In dit geval vereist de regelgeving (artikels 7 en 8 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 2 oktober 1937) dat het personeelslid geen enkel zichtbaar teken van religieuze, filosofische, politieke of vakbondsovertuigingen draagt om de openbare dienst op een neutrale manier te vertegenwoordigen tijdens deze contacten.
**Belangrijk**:Je bent bereid in een militair milieu te werken en een veiligheidsverificatie te ondergaan (wet van 11 december 1998 betreffende de classificatie en de veiligheidsmachtigingen, veiligheidsattesten en veiligheidsadviezen).

Er is **1 plaats** binnen het **Bureau Synthese COMOPSMED **van het **Ministerie van Defensie** te **Evere** (Everesestraat 1, 1140 Evere).
Je maakt deel uit van de **Bureau Synthese met Chef Synthese en 3 secties**. Als information manager maak je deel uit van Synth 2.
- ** Synth 1**: Public and international relations & communication management (DELCOM)
- **Synth 2**: Medical evaluation, lessons learned, doctrine & requirement and information management
- **Synth 3**: Transformation & capability development.
Je bent verbonden aan de Defensiestaf van de Medische Component in een klein team op mensenmaat.
